Promotions, Purchase Limits and Designated Products
- Promotion codes, discounts, member offers and promotional activities are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. They are not exchangeable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise by the Store.
- Trial sets, add-on items, gifts, clearance items, short-dated items, limited-batch items, discounted items and designated products are not eligible for promotion codes or other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page or in the promotional activity.
- If a system error results in duplicated promotions, incorrect discounts or abnormal pricing, the Store reserves the right to amend the order, cancel the order and arrange a refund.
- If the Store finds that an order involves a system error, pricing error, misuse of promotion codes, repeated account creation, breach of purchase limits, suspicious payment, resale purposes or any other abnormal transaction, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund.
- Purchase limits applicable to each customer, member account, telephone number, delivery address and recipient shall be subject to the relevant product page or promotional terms. If repeated orders or attempts to circumvent purchase limits are detected, the Store reserves the right to cancel the relevant orders and arrange a refund.
Supplementary Delivery and Shipping Terms
- If the customer chooses delivery to an SF Store, SF Locker or self-pick-up point, the customer must collect the goods within the period specified by the logistics service provider. If delay, return, redelivery or additional storage fees arise due to late collection, incorrect recipient information, refusal to accept delivery, failure to contact the recipient, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the relevant costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Free delivery thresholds are calculated based on the actual product amount paid after deduction of promotion codes, discounts, vouchers, points and other offers. Delivery fees, surcharges and other service fees are not included in the calculation.
- If goods are returned to the Store due to reasons attributable to the customer, the Store may, depending on the circumstances, arrange redelivery, provided that the customer first pays the relevant redelivery fees.
- Orders to Macau may be affected by local logistics arrangements, customs clearance, import regulations or other factors beyond the Store’s control. If additional fees, delays or delivery failure arise due to local regulations, customs clearance, recipient information or delivery restrictions, the Store will follow up with the customer according to the circumstances. The relevant costs may be borne by the customer.
Prices and Payment Currency
All product prices, delivery fees, surcharges, promotional amounts and order transactions on this website are displayed and settled in Hong Kong dollars, namely HKD / HK$. If the customer uses a non-HKD payment method or an overseas payment instrument, any applicable exchange rate, handling fee, bank charge or payment platform fee shall be borne by the customer.
