Delivery and Shipping Policy

The Store currently provides delivery services through SF Express or JD Express. Delivery services cover Hong Kong and Macau. The actual delivery method will depend on the delivery address, product type, weight, volume and logistics arrangements.

Local Delivery in Hong Kong

The delivery fee for general orders is HK$50–70. The actual delivery fee will be shown at checkout, or confirmed by the Store according to the order circumstances.

Single orders with a purchase amount of HK$500 or above are eligible for free home delivery.

Single orders with a purchase amount of HK$350 or above are eligible for free delivery to an SF Store, SF Locker or designated self-pick-up point.

Delivery to Macau

Delivery arrangements and fees for Macau orders will depend on the order weight, volume and delivery address. The Store may contact the customer after order confirmation to request further information or to confirm the actual delivery fee.

Remote Areas and Special Delivery Arrangements

Remote areas, outlying islands, special delivery addresses, oversized items, or goods exceeding standard weight or volume limits may incur additional delivery fees. If the relevant fees cannot be displayed immediately at checkout, the Store will contact the customer during order processing for confirmation. The Store will only arrange shipment after the customer has confirmed the additional fees.

Delivery Information

Customers should ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number and delivery address are accurate and complete when placing an order. If delay, return or redelivery is caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by failure to contact the recipient, the relevant additional fees may be borne by the customer.

Other Matters

All delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery times may be affected by logistics arrangements, weather, traffic, public holidays, customs clearance or other factors beyond the Store’s control.
